Oy. I was exactly this heavy five years ago. I developed a slight eating disorder and lost 20 pounds. I got ahold of myself and gained 10 pounds. I started working out more, and I lost 10 pounds. I went to Brazil and gained 5 pounds. I bought a house, threw out my scale, ate exclusively fried food, and gained 10 pounds. I started training for a marathon and I lost 5 pounds. I went on a cruise and gained 10 pounds. I came back from the cruise and stopped eating like a madwoman and lost 10 pounds. I planned a wedding and stressed myself to oblivion and lost 10 pounds. I got married and ate a kg of dark chocolate lindt truffle balls from the lindt outlet and gained 10 pounds. I went on my honeymoon and gained 5 pounds. Came back from the honeymoon po' and lost 5 pounds simply by not having enough money to buy groceries. And since last May, I got tired of living like a pauper and started going out to eat again. Only I'd missed it for a long 3 months, so I ate out every week. Several times a week. And I gained 10 pounds.
So. It's five years later, and I've come full circle. But have I lost the 10 pounds? Sure I have! Over and over again, but still.
